Villa Cattani Stuart is set in the Village of Trebbiantico, suburb of Pesaro, on the hills at about three km from the main town, to which it is connected by a softly leaning street, surrounded by centuries-old trees and racing among the country rich of vineyard and olive trees.
Just past where Dei Colli Street meets Trebbiantico road you can see a house with a passage written on the wall that says, "watch your step" (this at one time was a warning to horses but today is used for the cars.) These two streets form a triangle together with the street that leads to Fosso Sejore and Novilara.
This triangle in olden times was called Trivium Antiguum, which is where the name Trebbiantico originates.
The triangle of roads indicates the place where during the first century A.D. a street originating from the centre of Pesaro connected with the "new Flaminia", which was constructed by the Romans to circumnavigate the city. Not far from this triangle one can find the antique Roman fountains of Sajano, known for their curative powers.

This village is known as " a peaceful place where horse riders could rest and have a good laugh" because of its geographic position. It has always been considered a wonderful place for a holiday.

How to reach us

By Car

Leave the highway at the Pesaro/Urbino exit .Follow the directions to Pesaro centre and  pass three roundabouts.
At the third roundabout turn on the right in Via Gagarin, following direction Fano.
You will find other two roundabouts, at the second one, turn on the right across the bridge, direction Fano along the Interquartieri Street. At the end of this street, after having  passed still four roundabouts, always follow direction Fano, turning on the left and than at the next crossing road on the right,  after a couple of km again on the right arriving in Flaminia street, where on your left you will find a hospital.
Go further for about 500 meters and then turn on the right at the second sign for Trebbiantico-Novilara.

Trebbiantico is about 2 km along on the left, but you will also find our yellow signs along the road indicating the direction

By train

At the railway station in Pesaro you can choose to rent a taxi or to catch the bus nr. 10, at the bus station nearby the railway station.
You have to get off at the second bus stop of Trebbiantico just in front our hotel.

Rimini Airport (recommended) at 30 Km, connected by shuttle with the railway station.
Falconara Marittima Airport at 50 km, connected with Ancona railway station or Bologna Airport.
