The Tomassini-Guidi family, owner of the building for the last 40 years, is devoted to the reception of guests since 1985, when the Villa started its activity as the first agritourism in the province of Pesaro and Urbino. With the construction of an outbuilding, the Villa became a luxurious four stars hotel. Villa Cattani Stuart promotes both the territory of Pesaro and the Marche in the whole world, since it has guests coming from over 50 different Countries. With a modern approach in the reception and by keeping the style and the warmth of the past, the Villa boasts an expert and skilled team, who pays a scrupulous attention to details.
